Student chosen for the Erasmus+ Grant belonging to the certificate of Higher Education of Administration and Finance for the school year 2015-2016 León Rodríguez, Odalis Atteneri Ramírez Santana, Aitor Selection of students The selection of students for the Erasmus+ grant for Certificate of Higher Education (CFGS) follows the criterion presented in the School Board. The criterion to choose the students who wants to participate in the Erasmus+ program are: Academic record 30% Teachers assessment 30% English assessment 20% IT Knowledge 10% Educational Psychologist assesment 10% This educational formation, Erasmus+, will be recognized through the ECTS credit system. ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) This is a system which permits us to measure the work the students must carry out in order to acquire de knowledge capacities and skills necessary to pass the different subjects in their study plan. The activity of the studies (between 25 and 30 hours per credit) includes the time dedicated to the class, study hours, tutorials, seminaries, activities or projects, as well as the time needed to prepare and carry out the exams and evaluations. Next 13th June our Centre OSCUS, the Graduation Ceremony 2014 will take place in the Rector’s Building of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for ESO (Secondary Education). Professional Education and Training and Certificate of Higher Education, as well as the Professional Gala of Hairdressing and Aesthetics: two acts ful of illusion, emotion and family feelings. The first act will begin at 17:00: Graduation of ESO and Professional Education and Training and Certificate of Higher Education. The second act will begin at 19:00: Professional Gala of Hairdressing and Aesthetics handing out the graduation certificates to these students. Entrance tickets are on sale. Those who wish to buy should contact their tutors or in the Centre.

In order to celebrate the centenary of the Canary Islands’ Patron Saint, OSCUS will participate in different events which will occur in the Plaza de Santa Ana and in the Cathedral in the next few days: Sunday 8th June: during the morning we will be part of the Catholic Schools’ stand. Monday 9th June: from 17:30 to 19:00, before the Mass, we will participate with audiovisual exhibitions, testimonies and hymns in the Cathedral. 19:00 Mass will be celebrated by our Bishop, with the collaboration of our pupils and anyone who wishes to attend.
